Guests forget the playlist; they never forget the lunch. Here is how the Feast Hall moves 200 guests through a full festive meal in under an hour — without queues spilling onto the lawn.
Banana Leaf or Plated?
Traditional banana-leaf service is fastest for muhurtham lunches: guests seated in rows, servers moving down the lines, courses arriving in sequence. Plated service suits evening receptions with a more relaxed pace.
The Live Counters
Four counter bays handle dosa, chaat, grill and dessert. Place them at the hall's far end so the aroma draws guests in but the queue never blocks the entrance — our service captains manage the flow.
Timing the Courses
Sweet first, then rice and accompaniments, then the main varieties, ending with curd rice, dessert and beeda. The full cycle runs about 40 minutes a sitting, with 15 minutes of turnover before the next 200 are seated.
Separate Kitchens Matter
Veg and non-veg preparations run in separate kitchens with separate crews at Meadowspire. Mixed-family weddings serve both confidently, and Jain or no-onion-garlic variants get their own vessels.
Tastings
Book a tasting a month before the wedding with the same caterer who will cook on the day. Finalise the menu there — changes after the tasting confuse the purchase and prep schedule.
