The Heritage Mandapa's carved pillars and golden altar do half the decorating before a single flower arrives. These five styles all work with the hall's bones — pick the one that matches your family's taste.
1. Marigold Traditional
Strands of orange and yellow marigold on every pillar, mango-leaf thoranams across the beams, brass lamps at the altar steps. The classic muhurtham look — and it smells incredible.
2. Pastel Modern
Blush, peach and ivory blooms against the hall's warm stone, with sheer drapes softening the ceiling lines. Photographs beautifully in morning light and suits daytime receptions.
3. Temple Gold
Banarasi drapes, brass urlis with floating flowers, and gold-rimmed seating that echoes the altar. Made for evening Sangeet nights when the stage wash lighting comes on.
4. Jasmine Minimal
White jasmine strings, green foliage and almost nothing else — the pillars speak for themselves. Elegant, fragrant and kind to the budget.
5. Boho Pampas
Dried grasses, cane lanterns and earthy textures for Mehendi and Haldi mornings. Pairs wonderfully with the courtyard's natural light spilling into the hall.
A Note on Sightlines
Whichever style you choose, keep altar-height arrangements below the sightline of the third row — 800 guests all deserve a clear view of the ceremony.
